Bio
A musician working in Toledo, Ohio, Benjamin Tittl began his musical training at a young age. As part of his musical journey, he has been a member of the Children’s Choir of Northwest Ohio and and intern member of Masterworks Chorale. He also has over 10 years of piano experience, having studied piano with Cheryl Freeman and Luke D. Rosen and advanced jazz piano with Sy Winnie.
Benjamin is currently a Composition student at Bowling Green State University, also studying voice under Dr. Keith Phares. He works as Director of Music Ministry at Corpus Christi University Parish in Toledo, and plays weddings and other events. He also has years of experience in musical theatre, both as an onstage performer and as a pit musician.
Musical Works
A piece for baritone, violin, and cello based on the poem ‘Annabel Lee’ by Edgar Allen Poe. The piece incorporates both classical and contemporary styles befitting the eerie yet tender mood of the text.
